Upgrade the equipment for your style until it is cheaper to buy a new recruit slot. Buy recruit slots until it is more cost effective to buy the next level of upgrades. Fight as often as you can, get that paper!
When it comes to spending. You ideally only want to spend money on equipment that your chosen styles will benefit from. Your fighters from Nigeria will more often than not come with decent Tae Kwon Do. There are a few styles within the game that use Tae Kwon Do. There should be a few examples in the Hall of Fame. Tok is one of the games longest running coaches and has had great success with TKD based styles.
. . . . WRV(top menu) will show you the probabilities of the skills your recruits will likely be attributed. Nigeria is in a good place. With high wrestling, jiu jitsu, karate and tae kwon do. Look through the Hall of Fame(top menu) and find some style examples that use the skills ive mentioned.
Time and Patience. Consistently getting fighters to EFC level requires the equipment to support your fighters and camp. Most camps try to have all their fighters using the same styles. Every style in the game has a brother/sister style that shares some of the same skills in its build. Take a look at most of the top ranked camps and you will notice all of their fighters share the same styles. Its the easiest way to get consistent builds on your fighters. . . . . .
