Coming out of High School, Gordon Price was the most hyped and highly touted athlete since LeBron James. With a rank in the top 50 for 3 sports; football, basketball, and baseball, he was recruited by damn near every top school in the nation.
With natural talent like never before, he was crushing records and setting the pace in all 3 sports leading his team to 3 state titles.
He was compared to LeBron James and Bo Jackson in his physical stature, but was said to have the speed like Usain Bolt. His multi-sport dominance lead to the nickname Prime Time, and comparisons to legends Deion Sanders, Jim Thorpe, and David Winfield. Some called him the next the Michael Jordan, others called him a hybrid of Emmit Smith, Jim Brown, Barry Sanders and Walter Payton. For his work on the baseball diamond, he was claimed as the next Babe Ruth, with Ricky Henderson's speed.
He was by far the most hyped athlete of all time, proclaimed as the Suntanned Superman. His raw, untrained talent and uncanny knowledge, love, and passion for the game led him to be one of the greatest football players of all time. He took a full-ride to play at the 8-Time consecutive national champion FSU Seminoles. There he dropped jaws and crushed records with ease, always working and striving to become better. Due to his hatred of losing, he worked on improving as hard as he could, for as long as he could; literally being forced out of the gym and weight room.
When he signed his scholarship he told the world he was going to be a Nole for 4 years, and he kept his promise. His record breaking career stats finished up at: 6512 rushing yards, 81 rushing touchdowns, 983 receiving yards, and 11 receiving touchdowns. He also returned 15 kicks for touchdowns, won 3 Hesiman trophies, and led the Noles to 4 national championships.
After the football season was over, Gordon Price began training for a different sport; Mixed Martial Arts. He had been a fan his entire life, and decided to test himself. After excelling thru the basics of the sport, he changed his career and dropped out of the draft.
At 6'2 209 pounds his chiseled physique and unparalleled athleticism allowed him to bully and punish amateurs, amassing a 11-0 record. He than decided to try and cut wait, and he was successful doing so dropping to the MW division, where he would stay for his professional fighting. His first fight at MW people said he looked like Bruce Lee on steroids, which led to many allegations, but after several piss tests, the haters were silenced.
Since fighting for the first time in October of 2089, he has won 15 times, while losing 6 bouts. He has finished 12 fights, 5 in the first round. His finishes include 8 submissions and 4 (t)kos.
He won the Cages MW championship before moving onto harder competition in ProXC. He is looking to the future and improving his skills, becoming more well rounded and shooting for the EFC gold.
We will follow him on his journey to the top.
