He's not feeding as far as I can tell. If your clue is that is the common use of PVT in the names, then you should know that (as far as I understand) PVT is a Brazilian MMA forum known as Portal Vale Tudo. I think several of them put that as their nicknames to spot each other.
I could be mistaken about this, but from my evidence, I can't pin him as a feeder. It has happened on a rare occasion with him, but it is WELL below the limit I permit.
yeah ytsejam is a part of that forum, and he was an active irc visitor and he told us that there are a group of up to 15+ members that play the game. it may seem like they are feeding but i doubt they are.
