if we fight the min contract and then drop down an org that we've already fought in do you have to fight the min contract again or can you jump up whenever?

You can come up as long as you've fought at least the minimum... this used to be against the rule but there's no real way to prove it, and it's no advantage. So it's allowed now.

Blais is on a 7 fight win-streak, got ducked for title in JNS so signed to BoTB. I sign max contracts which explains why he's been lagging behind.

MITB resigns a minimum contract in Addiction to assure he remains at the top of the org. May move up to tier 5 after this contract.
