Post week 3 division re-balancing.

Rob and adchamps lack of participation has caused me to make the following changes..

Rob was moved to Apple Jacks division.
Adchamp was moved to Frosted Flakes division.
The lowest 2 scores after week 3 in those divisions were moved to Lucky Charms division, (migrant and V-roy).
