There is a reason they are ranked so low. Probably because they suck. And, for illustration, one of the WORST fighters I've ever had, Hiro "Ghostwind" Okamura.

He has FANTASTIC SiO stats, but no heart, a glass chin, and terrible submission defense. He loses to CSers and FFers, both of whom he should break into pieces by slamming them through the damn floor. If he wasn't a good training partner, I'd fire his ass. As it is, he's the only fighter I've EVER kept with a record this close to 50/50 and still in the 1.5 Star orgs.
