Round 1
Lou Phillips connects with a series of punches forcing Peterson into a clinch. "Rage Cage" works "HardGay" into a corner from the clinch. "Rage Cage" presses his head under Petersons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Lou Phillips escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Rage Cage" circles Peterson, landing jabs and crosses at will. "HardGay" throws a cross that easily dodged by Lou Phillips. The fighters circle each other. Phillips attempts a takedown, but "HardGay" clumsily falls down without much provocation. "Rage Cage" lands a strong heel spike on the quadriceps of Peterson. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Lou Peterson keeps Lou Phillips at a distance with some well timed jabs. Peterson snaps back the head of Phillips with a stiff jab. Lou Phillips throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from "HardGay" puts Lou Phillips on the mat giving his back up. Peterson attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but $ agg rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. Phillips attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Lou Peterson swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Lou Phillips taps out.

He lost the first round so he changed styles to PG while you still used LnP which is not that great anyways.

PG owns Lay & Pray and your guy looks to have weak sub defense = loss.

Nothing weird about that fight, trust me.

It's fucking ridiculous though. I've seen examples of small fighters succeeding with the same kind of hidden stats - strong chin, great sub defense, hard to beat. But in this instance, it's the same bullshit luck against me.

I bet if I were on the opposite end of this spectrum, the bigger fighter with weaker stats, I'd have eaten a loss no problem. That's just how this shit works against me.

It's not luck, and show me these examples.

i just figured with no stats above 2 stars, and with my wrestlers good wrestling, same power/str, ya know, and that whole, 30 lb weight advantage.... would have given my guy the clear win... i mean, 2-6.... his best skill is 2 boxing.... which really isn't used in PG... probaly a bit in sprawl and brawl... but he wasn't winning the fight with SnB

edit: wow, to the guy complaining about hades.... decomm is right..... your guy gave up 40 lbs that fight!! 40 lbs!! thats a good 15% of your fighters body weight.... huge advantage!! maybe you should stick to fighting guys under 250.... it would be hard to do, but then the weight wouldn't matter SOO much... i mean cmon, imagine a 40 lb weight difference in any other weight division.... ww... 135.. vs a 175 who cuts 20 lbs.... that do you think is going to happen? thats an even HUGER weight difference... probaly like 30% body weight... 40 lbs is 40 lbs, and a guy with 40 lbs, semi weaker stats, and any kind of decent hidden stats.... even if your guy has better hidden stats... just 40 lbs!!! you go out right now and pick on someone 40 lbs heavier than you.. preferably 40 lbs of muscle heavier, as thats how big fighters are, usually muscle, not fat it ain't easy!!

I have guys with 3 Sambo 3 Strength that will get KTFO 9/10 x against 2 star 8pts.

Hidden stats is one of the biggest things for a fighter, unless he's a REALLY good trainer don't bother with him he has no future.

A good 2.5 star fighter will own a shitty hidden stats 4 star fighter any day of the week.

yah i retired him awhile ago, right after that fight to be specific.... i had high hopes for him, he had just gotten his first W, against a better stat opponent, with like a 22-25 record.... so to just absoluty get spanked in his next fight to that level of opponent... i was like f that... your gone buddy

If I were to follow your advice the entire way through with every small fighter, I'd have an alumni list over 40 by now. And then to top it off, the few that do have potential simply lose only because of weight - nothing else. I think that's balls.

As for the examples, haven't we seen a few 130lbers win titles in 2 star orgs? Listed in that thread promoting title victories? Yeah, I think that should point out that not every small fighter is horrible, but apparently I can't do that for whatever reason.

spend less time spanking the pikachu and focus on learning everything you can about the game....
