The rest of them (besides the 186 lbers) I just don't have the time or patience to find fights for them. Had 3 more retirements since I posted this. Team is stuck at 13-14 with a bunch of undersized guys I don't feel like fighting. /end rant again

AGE has nothing to do with the retirements. you can recruit a 19 yr old, and he will max out at 7 yrs from recruitment. with maximum 10. im not sure if you got the 7yr draws, or sit them out way too long for training. my ice camp has had alot of 5-7yr guys w/o sitting out as of late, compared to when i had 13 guys at 12-14yrs. i have currently 6 guys under 30 fights in Glory just because if i sit recruits now, i wont get much out of them, im just riding the guys i get now as far and as fast as i can to move up and save up cash for the guys( i hope) i recruit that will have a long career. _________________________

The others cut 5, 13, 1, & 4 lbs. I can't buy a guy that cuts weight. gasp, the 13 lb cutter is the best fighter. I finally have 15 guys again, so I will start retiring the dead weight. Maybe I'll stop recruiting midgets some day.
