Round robin, all 6 alliances fight each other once. Then a single elimination tournament, bracket based on round robin point totals. After the Round Robin, the Top 2 seeds will receive a bye for the double elimination round. At the end of the 1st round, the top 2 scores will advance. Who advances is not determined by head-to-head result, it is determined by total points.
SCHEDULE & SCORES POSTED ON THE NEXT POST!!!
EFC fights, fighter can be used as often as you'd like. A fighter can only be substituted in between rounds. You must submit a roster each round even if the roster remains the same.
7 fighters per round, no more than 2 fighters from 1 coach in a round.
Fighters listed 1-7 and fight against opposing number. First round rosters will be sent to Chief by 9:00 AM EST Friday, May 29th. Fights must take place before retirements the following morning, so there are basically 2 resets for everybody to get their fights in. With this timeframe, retirements will not come into play as the fights will be completed by the time retirements run.
2 reset (1 day) break between each round. Rosters due Friday @ 9 am, Sunday @ 9 am, Tuesday @ 9 am, etc.
*For every hour you're late with your roster you forfeit 1 fight that will be chosen by the opposing alliance, they will not see your lineup but they'll know which of their fighters they'd award the DQ win.*
HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET FUN/INTERESTING/STRATEGIC
All fights will be in the heavyweight division. Points will be awarded each round based on a fighters weight, REGARDLESS OF THE WEIGHT OF THEIR OPPONENT.
Fighters > 240lbs = 1 point
Fighters 240-220 = 3 points
Fighters 219-200 = 5 points
Fighters 199-180 = 7 points
Fighters 179 > = 9 points
Disqualification = 10 points (All DQ's will be ran by Chief and he will make final call, I recommend screen shotting your sent challenge so no argument can be made if they don't get on before end of round).
