At the risk of sounding retarded here, I have some questions because I'm not getting some of this:

1) Is it one fighter per alliance?
2) If our fighter gets finished do we just recruit another one then enter him or are we out of the competition?
3) Can we replace a fighter that hasn't been killed? Like, if we get a better one?
4) If we replace him does that fighter have to be recruited right then, or can we have a fighter in the wings that was recruited when this started?
