ABC - FLY - Rip FARMER vs. Sam DanielssonGot another call from Preliator, saying that they're willing to give Danielsson a second shot if he beats Judo fighter Rip Farmer in the upcoming bout. If we lose? We'll be back in ABC but from what i've seen? Sammy boy is way ahead of these ABC fighters. Carl likely won't be fighting for the Preliator title again right away, but there's a chance. He's finally patched up and training again. Skhumbuzo Ndosi beats former 9 time ABC HW Champion Gavin Mitchell for the belt in a decision. Carl Wang continues his training for an opportunity ...Round 1"Ass" pressures his opponent into clinching. Farmer locks down his opponents arm while ducking his head under the opposite arm. Farmer instantly grabs a leg and lifts Sam up and over onto his back with a Te Guruma throw. Farmer drops down to side control. Rip Farmer lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Rip slides his knee across the body of Sam and takes full mount. Sam Danielsson shifts his head and hips to keep Rip Farmer off balance and unable to land strikes. Danielsson arches his body up to buck off Rip Farmer from mount. A scramble takes place leading to both fighters back to their feet. Round 1 is over.
"You weren't fucking active enough Sammy boy, he controlled the round even if you defended well. Do -NOT- let him take the second round." Round 2Rip winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Sam Danielsson hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. A jab from Danielsson is blocked and a cross is returned by Rip. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Rip is staggered by a jab to the chin. Danielsson plows through Rip Farmer with a driving double leg takedown. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
"Great work, Sammy boy, great work. Jut like that! Keep the pressure up, and take him to the mat. You're a way better fighter, remember. REMEMBER!" Round 3Sam fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Farmer. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Danielsson takes "Asss" back standing, but Rip Farmer isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Danielsson squirms out and both fighters end up standing. Rip connects with a hard jab as Sam Danielsson attempts a wide outside hook. Farmer hits an uppercut to the head of Danielsson followed by a hard hook. Sam connects with a jab cross combination. Farmer throws a hard jab but Sam throws a cross right over the top that knocks Farmer to the ground. Sam Danielsson lays into Farmers thighs with some well timed kicks while Rip is grounded. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end. ResultSam Danielsson wins by Unanimous Decision
It's not a surprise that Danielsson comes out on top. I like that he started striking and got the better of Farmer. Another easy win, and he proves why he's much better than those in the ABC. He inks a 3 fight deal with Preliator and we get back to work. Dong Wan Song already signed a contract with the EFC, while Rocky Arnold still remains dominating the ABC Flyweight division. We thought about staying down to challenge Rocky, but Sammy boy wanted to get to Song as fast as he can.

JSCRAP - Title Vacancy - BW - Gabe ANDERSSON vs. Serik PAJZULLAEWAGabe gets ANOTHER chance at JungleScrap gold, but will he be able to endure against this foreigner? Another judo fighter, but even i'm a little 'eh' on this fight. Gabe just still doesn't take this seriously, and has never been able to pull through in big fights. Will things change now? Not sure, since he still goes out surfing. Bahh.Round 1Pajzullaewa snaps back the head of Gabe with a stiff jab. Serik connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Andersson. Andersson connects with a jab cross combination. Serik starts to put on the pressure, forcing "Vegan Surfer" back into the cage. Serik takes advantage and clinches. "Vegan Surfer" works to Serik Pajzullaewas back while standing. "Vegan Surfer" throws a couple of outside shots until Serik Pajzullaewa is able to work his way back to the clinch. Serik takes Gabe Anderssons back standing. Serik lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. Gabe is able to work his way back around. Pajzullaewa is looking for a throw, but Andersson centers up and goes for a takedown of his own. Pajzullaewa takes advantage sinking a deep guillotine choke. Andersson has no choice but to tap out.
ResultSerik Pajzullaewa wins by Submission (Guillotine Choke)
Just disappointing. A sloppy performance by Gabe, but this seems to be the norm for him. Andersson has had 6 title shots, SIX ... And finds a way to lose them all. He's fine against decent competition, but if he truly want to take the next step as a fighter? He needs to stop slacking. Hoping Carl'sand Charlie's insane work ethic rub off on him someday. If he wins a belt, I feel as if he might finally understand responsibility.

PREL - HW - Carl WANG vs. Don RAVEDon is a very tough customer, known for his great footwork and quick kicks. Carl has had some struggles against some faster fighters but I have confidence in his capabilities. Round 1Carl is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Both fighters begin to exchange "Quick Kick" catches Wang with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Wang gather himself. Wang says he is ok and the fight continues. Don Rave throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Carl is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Rave just misses with a head kick, grazing Carl's skull. Carl winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. After dodging a jab-cross, Don Rave lands a kick to the liver of Carl Wang who steps back and begins to take a knee. Don Rave rushes forward to capitalize but Carl Wang stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Round 1 is finished.
I had the corner immediately check Carl's eye and he was honestly having trouble seeing out of it. Fuck. "Carl, I know you like to stand and fight and it's alright, but ... You need to take this to the mat dude. Rave is killing you." Round 2As Carl presses forward Don throws a wild spinning backfist. Carl ducks under it and executes a double-leg to gain half guard. Rave hits an upward elbow on "Gentle Giant", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "Gentle Giant" takes side control. Carl wraps the arm of Don behind his back and traps it. Carl pounds away with shots to the face. Don Rave gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Wang spins around to take it, Don Rave makes his way back to his feet. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Don Rave, but Carl Wang is able to muscle through for a takedown. Rave fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Wang. Don shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Don begins to posture on his side. Wang lands a couple of outside hooks and Don returns to the guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.
"Great work, buddy. Nice! Keep taking him to the ground and do your work there. The rounds are even, so you NEED to win the third. Go get 'im." Round 3Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Both fighters begin to exchange Don Rave catches Carl Wang with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Carl Wang gather himself. Carl Wang says he is ok and the fight continues. Don throws a few jabs at Carl that miss the mark. Don Rave swaying back and forth with Balanco spins and throws up a hooking Gancho kick to the head of Carl backing him away. Round 3 is finished. ResultDon "Quick Kick" Rave wins by Split Decision
I'm irritated, honestly. Carl should have won that fight but those eye pokes were really troublesome. I'm mad that they didn't take a point off for that, like that was on fucking purpose! PREL - FLY - Kalib PETERSON vs. Sam DANIELSSONI REALLY like Kalib, he's a great fighter with a lot of untapped potential. I did a few training sessions with him back when I was still in the States as a Wrestler and he was still in high school. As much as I love this kid, i'm coaching Sammy boy to destroy him. Round 1After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Kalib Peterson drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Peterson sits up and fakes a double axehandle to the face, instead striking the body. Sam pulls Peterson close while he regains his breath. The bell signals the end of round 1.
"He's a wrestler Sammy Boy .. You have to initiate the takedown. I ain't think it's a good idea to let him get mount either. Stand up might be our best option." Round 2Peterson circles Danielsson, landing jabs at will. A trip to the ground allows Kalib Peterson to move into the guard of Sam. Peterson rains down hammer fists. A can opener from Kalib Peterson opens up Sams guard. Kalib Peterson lands two quick strikes as he moves into half guard. Danielsson defends short shots well by turning his head. Kalib attempts to get a leg free to pass but Danielsson has it locked down too well. Kalib wraps the arm of Sam behind his back and traps it. Kalib pounds away with shots to the face. Danielsson is able to work a leg through from the bottom to attain full guard. Round 2 is finished.
"Go for the finish. Let the fight get to the ground and submit him. I think you can score a nice rear naked on him if you pass well enough." Round 3Kalib Peterson takes a punch while shooting but executes the takedown and ends up in Sam Danielssons guard. Sam is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Kalib Peterson. Round 3 is over. ResultKalib Peterson wins by Unanimous Decision
This felt bittersweet. I know Kalib has amazing potential, but Sammy boy had fallen into his old habits of sleeping around with women rather than staying focused in training. He's definitely above ABC in terms of fighting level, but Danielsson hasn't been able to string together an impressive streak at the Preliator organization. EFC scouts aren't taking notice. JSCRAP - BW - Stefan GAGARIN vs. Gabe ANDERSSONGabe is our best guy on the ground here at Gustafsson's, and we found him an interesting match in Gagarin. This Russian has tremendous striking capabilities and will prove to be a challenge to Gabe who has cruised around through most of his career. Round 1Stefan Gagarin sends "Vegan Surfer" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. A right hand from Gabes guard angers Stefan who returns the favor with a powerful left hand. Stefan Gagarin passes through Gabe Anderssons guard into mount. Gagarin telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Gabe Andersson gives up his back to stop the attempt. Stefan tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Gabe Andersson starts to wiggle out of back control, Stefan lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Gabe Andersson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Gagarin. Gabe places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Gabe recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. "Vegan Surfer" attempts a takedown but slips, and Stefan backs away. Stefan is standing over "Vegan Surfer". Stefan hovers over Gabe Andersson pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Stefan throws the leg aside and takes side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
"That was sloppy as fuck, Gabe. Stop fooling around and get focused. You're here to WIN!" Round 2Gabe Andersson shoots a takedown from a distance putting Stefan on the ground. Stefan keeps his head down in the chest of Gabe to avoid any submission attempts. Stefan leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Gabe Andersson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Gagarins guard. It doesn't pay off as Gagarin makes his way to standing. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Gagarin throws a hard jab but "Vegan Surfer" throws a cross right over the top rocking Gagarin. Stefan Gagarin attempts to press in but Andersson uses a inside reaping to put Stefan Gagarin on the canvas. Andersson hops to side control. Andersson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Gagarin is wisely defending a kimura. Gabe Andersson attempts to take it but Gagarin is having none of it, though Gabe Andersson has used the chance the slide into mount.Round 2 comes to a close.
"Some really good work there, took some risks and it mainly paid off. Keep the fight on the ground, this Stefan guy has some real striking that you won't be able to keep up with." Round 3Stefan connects with a hard punch making Gabe bring him in to a tight clinch. Gagarin works to "Vegan Surfers" back while standing. Gagarin throws a couple of outside shots until "Vegan Surfer" is able to work his way back to the clinch. Stefan takes Gabe Anderssons back standing, but Andersson isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Stefan squirms out and both fighters end up standing. "Vegan Surfer" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. The fighters circle each other. Stefan parries Anderssons jab and connect with a cross. "Vegan Surfer" attempts a takedown but slips, and Gagarin backs away. Gagarin is standing over "Vegan Surfer". Gagarin hovers over Gabe Andersson pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Gagarin waves for Gabe Andersson to stand up. The bell signals the end of round 3. ResultStefan Gagarin wins by Split Decision
A very sloppy fight from Gabe, but I still felt he should have won. Oh well. Lose some and win some for Gabe, but I hope I can somehow ignite a fire in him.

PREL - HW - Carl WANG vs. Marcos ARAULLO A high level kick boxer in Marcos will provide a solid challenge for Carl, who will be looking to rebound after having relinquished his Preliator belt a while back due to injury. Carl has had a bit of a struggle as of late in terms of sparring, mainly because he is homesick and misses spending time with his family.Round 1Araullo lands a solid kick to the front leg of Carl. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Carl Wang drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Marcos Araullo sets a guillotine choke but Carl Wang slips out at the last moment. Carl Wang is now caught in guard. Marcos Araullo attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Marcos Araullo pushes away from Carl and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Wang throws a few jabs at Marcos that miss the mark. A trip to the ground allows Carl to move into the guard of Marcos Araullo. Round 1 comes to a close.
"I liked the trip at the end, but you can't afford to strike with him. Marcos is landing clean kicks and is trying to slow you down. Drag him to the mat." Round 2Araullo throws a few jabs at Wang that miss the mark. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Gentle Giant" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Marcos Araullo sets a guillotine choke but "Gentle Giant" slips out at the last moment. "Gentle Giant" is now caught in guard. Araullo attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "Gentle Giant" snaps back the head of Marcos with a stiff jab. Marcos connects with a teep to the face of Carl Wang. A shot catches Marcos off balance and off guard. Carl spears him but can only manage to make it to guard.Round 2 comes to a close.
"Not a great start, Marco was clearly prepared and keeps setting up the guillotine but don't give in. You have to finish and the only way you do that is if you go to the ground." Round 3Marcos Araullo hits an uppercut to the head of Wang followed by a hard hook. Carl Wang is staggered by a jab to the chin. Carl takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Marcos Araullo lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Carl Wang. Marcos connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Carl Wang. The bell signals the end of round 3.
ResultMarcos Araullo wins by Unanimous Decision
Expected. Not a great showing from the distracted Carl, but Araullo was no slouch. He had a gamepalan and executed perfectly, oountering Carl at every turn. Mad props to him.

Our gym has gone through one of the worst runs in recent memory, especially given the retirement of my childhood friend Charlie Vinter. He's training Kevin Ljung who recently signed his first contract with Cage Gladiators in the LW division, this being the first time one of our fighters have signed with CG.
Sam Danielsson
vs. Kalib PETERSON (2) Danielson's second bout with Peterson didn't go too well. He didn't train all too well, but I feel this loss set him on the right track. Peterson is a good kid and progressed well through out the ranks to earn an EFC contract. Congratulations!
vs. Brends PETRENKO This fight was much better for Danielsson, who looked completely renewed after taking his second decision loss to Peterson and came out with fury in this next fight against Petrenko. A sweet RNC to put him to sleep. Easy money.
Danielsson suffered an injury in training after Isak Hansen power bombed him, but he'll be back in Preliator once fully healed. If he keeps up his recent work ethic, I do believe he can reach that EFC status.
Gabe Andersson
vs. Oscar GUERRA Gabe got fucked up here, which is partially my mistake by picking an unknown fighter. Sometimes they are god awful or damn studs-- We lacked data and got crushed for it. Went to a decision that Guerra clearly won, other than the 3rd round but ... Too little too late.
vs. Norman OLIVER Gabe showed some GUTS here. Gabe couldn't finish, but he did his best here to do so. He worked hard and stayed active-- In the fight. His training has been pretty hit and miss .. I'm this close to moving this place to somewhere without a gym. Siiiigh. Decision victory is good enough.
vs. Steve SIMMONS An American with a karate background, so Gabe worked with Charlie using whatever little time he has in the gym. It took two rounds of pure domination, but Gabe got it done in round 2. Simmons was essentially a top contender so we ended up getting a call from Jscrap. Title shot time.
vs. Dario ALEJANDRO Another wrestler in the ilk of Simmons, with only a 2-1 record so we thought this mexican would be a cake walk. Gabe has NEVER won a title, all my past ones have at least picked up one in the lower organizations but .. First round finish. Dario by armbar. Is Gabe weak mentally? Or maybe he just ... Doesn't care? I don't get it ... He always builds himself to get the chances but never finishes the job.
Carl Wang
vs. Gavin MITCHELL A complete veteran in the fight game looking to move onto the EFC but this was frustrating. Carl put in a lovely camp and worked hard. Peaked at the right times and looked destined to be the next Preliator Heavyweight Champion but a loss by split decision shattered those ideas. I felt Wang did more than enough to win, but these judges may have had a bias against our Swede.
vs. Logan MCCARTHY Carl may have lost, but unlike the others? He stays motivated and doesn't stray. He put on a clinic and does exactly what he does best. A decision victory by smothering Logan and rebounding well. Good work by Carl.
vs. Gavin MITCHELL (2) We got the title rematch! Gavin remained the Champion and this gave Carl another chance to prove his mettle but ... It didn't go too well. Gavin clearly won 3 of the 5 rounds and took the fight by UD. Ugly, I know but back to the drawing board boys.
vs. Calvin MANNING Another split decision loss. Fuck! Despite the loss, Carl remained positive. Our Gentle Giant is one of the best fighters at our gym and has taken us to new heights with his hard work and dedication that has clearly rubbed off on Kevin.
vs. Dareau DESCHAMPS Another karate background fighter in Dareau, but this veteran Frenchie does well with his striking and picks Carl apart. The liver kick, strong counters and the clumsiness of Carl in the second round sealed the deal in a UD victory for the Frenchman. 2 losses in a row for Carl, rough. Will he ever recover?
Kevin is built great, has good looks and is a great student of the game. His debut and success will be of utmost important to Gustafsson Wrestling at this point, and Isak Hansen will join in soon too. Gabe got another contract by Jscrap but he needs to turn his fucking training around or he won't ever succeed.

Big DebutCG - LW - Shane BLAKE vs. Kevin LJUNGThe long awaited debut of our star in the making, Kevin Ljung. I already organized a nice advertisement deal to endorse Kevin should he do well in this debut so I am anxious. An American boxer with a 5-3 record, known as the Babyface. The plan is simple. Take Babyface down and crush him with Kevin's athletic ability and strength. Round 1"Babyface" unleashes a flurry of punches on Kevin. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Kevin drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. "Babyface" sets a guillotine choke but Kevin slips out at the last moment. Kevin is now caught in guard. Kevin backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. Blake traps Kevin in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. Kevin Ljung winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Shane unleashes a flurry of punches ending with Kevin Ljung out cold from a right hook. ResultShane "Babyface" Blake wins by KO (Hook)
Kevin made a mistake. He decided to stand and ended up getting dropped dead. He was out classed in the boxing department and was crushed, there goes our planned sponsorship deal we lined up for Kevin. Blake's left hook was far too deadly for Kevin but perhaps this was my fault. I had never given Kevin any fights for the past 3 years, and his lack of experience showed. Kevin apologized and apologized and PROMISED to never make the same mistake again.
I'll believe him but this has me worried ... Does Kevin have a glass chin?

Spiral PREL - HW - Hitoshi KADA vs. Carl WANGLook, Carl has fought Kada before and has come out victorious so I don't expect this to be a massive challenge but Carl has been having some troubles as of recently and I hope he can correct it. Kevin has been working with Charlie a lot and should be implementing his own strength soon enough. Kada might be 8-7, but he is lethal on the ground and is known for his amazing jiu jitsu skills... His only problem is that he generally loses if it goes to the judges. Round 1Carl connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The fighters circle each other. Hitoshi hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Kada connects with a right that puts "Gentle Giant" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Kada towers over him. Round 1 is over.
"You need to be careful Carl, come on. Maintain balance and avoid falling to the ground like that. Solid foundation." Round 2Wang stuffs a shot from Kada and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. Carl Wang slides his knee across the body of Kada and takes full mount. Carl Wang maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Hitoshi gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Gentle Giant" peppers Kada with several shots to the face. With both hooks in and "The Bastard" face down Carl Wang peppers him with short shots to the head. "The Bastard" turns to defend while kicking a leg out to get to half guard. Round 2 is over.
"Beautiful. Smother that man and continue to score with strikes. Keep busy and have the judges on your side. Win the next round. Win it, Carl." Round 3"The Bastard" connects with a hard jab as Carl Wang attempts a wide outside hook. "Gentle Giant" is hit with two hard punches to his face. "Gentle Giant" laughs off the punches. Kada connects with jab cross combination. "The Bastard" throws a cross that easily dodged by Wang. Wang connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Hitoshi Kada narrowly dodges a cross from Carl, but falls catching him in his guard. Round 3 is over. ResultCarl "Gentle Giant" Wang wins by Unanimous Decision
Not the greatest of efforts by Carl, but we needed to rebound ASAP. Seriously ... Don't know how much more losing I can take. JSCRAP - BW - Gabe ANDERSSON vs. Joey IVEYRound 1The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. The fighters circle each other. Both fighters begin to exchange Gabe catches Joey with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Joey gather himself. Joey says he is ok and the fight continues. "Poison" connects with a hard jab as "Vegan Surfer" attempts a wide outside hook. A jab from "Vegan Surfer" is blocked and a cross is returned by Ivey. A looping right hook from "Vegan Surfer" sends "Poison" to the mat. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
"I wouldn't suggest clinching with him, just shoot in and drop him. You probably won that round with the knockdown and taking the eye poke. Keep the goal in mind. Win." Round 2"Poison" is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, "Vegan Surfer" prepares to pounce, but "Poison" gets his bearings just in time. "Vegan Surfer" drops a huge strike to "Poisons" chin, landing into his guard. Gabe drops a few strong punches, opening up Iveys guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. "Poison" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Gabe Andersson peppers Joey with several shots to the face. With both hooks in and Ivey face down Gabe Andersson peppers him with short shots to the head. Ivey turns to defend while kicking a leg out to get to half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
"That was a dominant round, I think this fight is a wrap unless you get destroyed in the final round. Hang in there, and go for the submission when you can but .. Patience. Be patient." Round 3"Vegan Surfer" winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Gabe Andersson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Poison". Andersson places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Poison" gets a trip takedown from clinch and end up in the half guard of Andersson. Joey Ivey tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Joey presses his foot onto the thigh of "Vegan Surfer" to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Round 3 comes to a close. ResultGabe "Vegan Surfer" Andersson wins by Split Decision
I'll take it. Gabe did well enough and there's now actually a vacancy in the JSCRAP BW division for the title. I got a call earlier and the organization might be interested in giving Gabe ANOTHER shot. We've worked on his conditioning a little but it's not where I would like it to be. PREL - HW - Ivan ESTOL vs. Carl WANGEstol is a lethal kick boxer with legitimate knock out power in his foot and hand. He is coming off a submission loss to Reeves, but is very formidable. Carl has fallen pretty far in terms of status in Preliator but ... He has another opportunity to return. With Danielsson out with an injury, and Charlie's retirement .. Carl is our best bet for the EFC. Round 1"KB" is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from "Gentle Giant". "Gentle Giant" now has side control. Wang slides his knee across the body of Estol and takes full mount. Carl Wang secures his position. Ivan Estol gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Carl works his arm around the neck of Ivan attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Ivan hand fights well. "Gentle Giant" sets in a rear naked choke. Ivan taps out. ResultCarl "Gentle Giant" Wang wins by Submission (Rear Naked Choke)
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Textbook work by Carl, but this isn't enough for a title shot yet. I'm trying to get better competition for Carl now ... He's almost ready for the EFC in my eyes. We just need to play it smart.

CG - LW - Kevin LJUNG vs. Nick BRYANTKevin promised not to make the same mistake again, so I still have HIGH, -HIGH- hopes for Kevin. He is one of our most promising prospects and is a very well spoken kid. He even shows my son a thing or two and given his above average looks? Could be one of Sweden's next super athlete. Round 1Kevin connects with a hard jab as Nick Bryant attempts a wide outside hook. Nick bounces up and down keeping his distance from Ljung. Nick quickly spins with a low roundhouse kick that sweeps out the legs of Ljung. As Ljung tries to keep his balance Nick spins again with a higher spinning roundhouse kick that misses the head. Ljung jumps back to the feet. Kevin hits an uppercut to the head of Bryant followed by a hard hook. Both fighters begin to exchange Bryant catches Ljung with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Ljung gather himself. Ljung says he is ok and the fight continues. Nick dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Ljung. Nick throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Kevin Ljung is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Kevin Ljung connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Bryant shuffles away from Kevin Ljungs strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Kevin backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Nick Bryant is cornered by Kevin who tries to press the action. Nick Bryant is able to block well and circles away from Kevin, delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as he does so. Nick Bryant hops on the balls of his feet and out of nowhere smashes Ljung in the head with a roundhouse kick. Ljung is out cold. ResultNick Bryant wins by KO (Roundhouse Kick)
I'm ... At a complete loss for words. It's just about confirmed at this point, but Kevin has a glass chin ... In fact it may be worse than what Charlie had to deal with. We clearly need to get the fight to the ground, but it's been difficult for him. I need to work on his fortitude if anything but i'm still at a loss ...
Maybe Kevin won't be the one to lift Gustafsson's to a new level? Do I really have to put that brute Hansen in there? Fuck!
