Fighter Stats DefinitionsTechnical Stats -These are known as left side stats.These stats are very important to a fighters specific style.
Wrestling- Grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks and other grappling holds to attempt to gain and maintain a superior position
Catch- Classical hybrid grappling style that has developed their own submission holds, or "hooks", into their wrestling to increase their effectiveness against their opponents.
Sambo- Focuses on throwing, grappling, submissions and strikes including punches, kicks, elbows, knees
Ju-Jitsu - Focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting,using submission holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds.
Judo- Most prominent for throws or takedowns of an opponent to the ground and force an opponent to submit with a joint locks and chokese. Strikes and thrusts by hands and feet as well
Greco-Roman- A clinch style wrestling that emphasizes throwing, slamming, or lifting an opponent.
Boxing- A inside-out punching style that uses different strikes with a combination of technique and power
Karate- Striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, fist strike techniques. Historically, and in some modern styles, grappling, throws, joint locks
Taekwondo- Emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks,fast kicking techniques,and various hand strikes.
Muay Thai- Stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.This physical discipline is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees,feet and shins
Brawling- A forward pressure fighting style that stalks their opponents while absorbing punishment, then trades with their own (often) harder, more powerful punches.
Kickboxing A Stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing.

Conditioning - the ability recover energy throughout a fight
Agility - the ability to change the body's position efficiently, the ability to change the direction of the body in an efficient and effective manner
Balance - the ability to maintain equilibrium when stationary or moving, the ability to retain your center of gravity
Speed - the ability to move all or part of the body quickly,the rate at which someone is able to move,the ability to cover distance
Strength - the ability to produce or exert force,maximal force you can apply
Footwork - the ability to move quickly and effectively in different directions,controlling spatial positioning
Coordination - the ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently,the skillful and effective interaction of movements
Flexibility - range of motions,makes movements more efficient,ability to bend specific body parts
Reflex - your ability to react quickly
Rhythm - The ability to dictate and control,correct timing and pacing, the ability to change direction and move extremities with ease
Focus - A point of concentration,the ability to pay attention in the midst of distractions and setbacks to sustain the effort needed to reach a goal.
Fortitude - the ability to deal with adversity and keep moving forward,the ability to power through the things you can't anticipate
