Move UNO and PFO to Tier 2 and increase the fighter cap on each of those or add another org. PREL remains at Tier 3. Four tiers total. New camps start at Tier 1, all other camps start at Tier 2. Adjust pop accordingly.

Increase maximum contract length for females. An 8-fight max for IFC isn't enough.

As of now, approximately 670 of the current 892 active females are not signed to an org. You're always going to have a large amount of fighters unsigned due to inactivity but I'm guessing a significant portion of this number is from fighters that are incubating because they have been forced to EFC after their first 3-8 fights. Consider adding an org in between IFC and EFC to fix this and/or make pop adjustments.
