- Anthony Hernandez extends his win streak to 4, all by arm-related submissions, with 2 kimuras and 2 armbars. He called for an interesting fight against MW tournament winner, Markus Perez next, which should be a great fight.

- Alonzo Menifield booked a title fight against Dominick Reyes, in Reyes first title defense, after KOing Volkan Oezdemir in under 4 minutes of the first round. Menifield moves to 15-0, with 8 wins in the UFC cage, with all but 1 of those UFC wins coming by stoppage.
- Edson Barboza extends his win streak to 4, after previous wins over Khabib Nurmagomedov, Anthony Pettis and Dustin Poirier, but more importantly, he takes the UFC Lightweight title from Gregor Gillespie. The KO came with just 1:30 left of the 25 minutes in the fight.
