With all that being said.....flu is mostly airborne....COVID is mostly aiborne. Fomite transmission has shown to be minimal. If masks and social distancing worked for flu then why didnt it work for COVID? Virus micron size not withstanding here, most "face coverings" are woefully inadequate. This was compliance. Viruses have existed long before us and will thrive long after us. A diabetic geriatric dying WITH covid isnt the same thing as dying BECAUSE of covid.
