What medications are being administered to those "Dying from Covid" while hospitalized, compared to what medications are not being administered? (I know you know this one) - Monitoring oxygen levels, maintaining oygen. Some patients need a nasal cannula, other patietns require an oxygen mask. IV fluids to support heart funciton if patient's expirenceing heart trouble. IV nutrients as needed. Antiviral medications, anti-inflammatory medications and immune system modulators, including remdesivir, glucocorticoids and tocilizumab.

Remdesivir has been approed by the FDA for treatment of covid. However later data suggests it has no impact on survival, figures in study were even for those given the drug compared with those not. I don't believe deaths are inflated. I can speak to this, I have 20 years working with hospital software. Procedures are taxed differently based on cause, a hospital artificially inflating covid numbers would cause the to get raped at the first medical audit a hospital faced. There have been audits since covid started and this has not been found.
How come, car accidents and gun shot victims were marked as Covid Deaths and you actually believe the statistics? Again I don't believe this has happened, see taxed procedures above.

Why were and are Hospitals being incentivized to diagnose Covid? Do you not see a conflict of true diagnoses? Hospitals receive tax incentives for certain diagnosis to ensure funding for treatment of those diagnosis. If they lie about this, the medical audit system in the US is robust, would result in penalties severe enough that honesty is the policy followed.
PCR tests cannot diagnose Covid, so, why are you accepting a diagnoses from a PCR test? Who is accepting a diagnosis from PCR tests? Reuters, which is consistently rated in bias studies as nuetral, indicates this is false, the CDC report was misrepresented -

Should I not trust the various epidemiologist and virologists who predicted the vaccines would lead to variants and more outbreaks or have changed their stance on the vaccine being good to no longer being good or is that Science ignored? This is a narrative driven by social media, not science.
