Biden administration is "looking for new ways to motivate and convince" people to get the vaccine. Its a personal choice, the goverment should hold no stake in personal choice. I have had litrearly hundreds of vaccines in my 20 years of military service and nothing has been more suss than this one.

Back on the vaccine eh? So what is sus about it? What's the worst case for this sus-ness?

Do you believe there is a coronavirus? That is it's own discussion, and would take a much larger shift in suppressing scientific data than issues with vaccines alone.


Do you believe that disingenuous science took place in the vaccine development? For one company or all? What would that look like? What would motivate them to do that? Money? Threats? Money leaves a paper trail and threats aren't easy to pull off with everyone having a phone that can record things on them at all times. Seems like a recipe for prison for them later on if they did, the great thing about science is eventually data will be checked and issues will be identified.

The scope of the money or threats would have to be large for the research alone. You're talking hundreds of people. Then there were follow-up studies to covid on a variety of data points. If there was sus data or a non-existant vaccine that would have come out pretty quckly, prove that and you're in nobel prize territory. Now you're up to thousands of professional scientists compromised. Hell, I imagine conservative think tanks have already done their studies to try and prove the virus is non-existent or there are problems with the vaccines, would be a huge story if something concrete came out of it that held up under lab conditions.

Or is the belief that there will be unknown side effects far down the road even if everyone was on the up and up in the development? That is a risk we take with any new medication, if you believe the scope of the problem and the death numbers, it is a risk taken in the now to ensure the future.

Is what it is, I'm curious about the logic and do feel that people on both sides believe they are doing what is right in their own way.
