- I love how the article starts by citing the website editor as a reliable source, top teir journalism. They say that the trials should focus more on finding long standing serious disease impacts from covid rather than focusing on whether the vaccines cure diseases. Ok... but long standing disease studies are already in progress. Initial trials can't study long term disease impacts without extending the trial. Current trials were run expediently as possible, with follow-up research already ongoing. This is critiquing something that is not a flaw. But works if you're looking for validation to a preconceived view. Feel smart and justified?

Wait, realized I misread this one. Yes, that statistic is consistent with the data for VACCINATED people, not UNVACCINATED. Conservative media is equating that number to all people and sounds like you bought it. Congrats, you got grifted. THere is no data to back up that number in an unvaccinated population.
