Banners to symbolize mastery in a discipline

Ex: Fighter A trains to 5.0 karate , he recieves a karate black belt banner

Ex: Fighter A trains Fighter b from 3.75-4.0 , the trainer becomes an instructor and the trainer, and a boost in that discipline , which is technically already in place .and fighter b gets a banner saying karate brown belt

I feel this will add character and identities to a camp and make training to 5.0 more of an achievement
