NATF one fight org between tier 3-4 (can be adjusted when more players return for tier 4-5)

DWTNCS org, where, you can get a higher starter contract for EFC with a win or you could get bounced back to the lower tier. Not a mandatory org though, as, some guys would want to go straight into EFC and others would want the chance for a higher contract.

Can we have a confirm prompt when denying challenges? Similar to the "Are you sure?" when retiring a fighter. . .
