There was a time when Ancient Greece held the ultimate tests of strength , skill , and strategy. A crucible where warriors strived to prove their mettle amidst roaring crowds,

This was a test of the indomitable spirit of ancient warriors .Rooted in the ethos of honor , courage , and discipline .
As we gather today , we pay homage to that storied tradition .Honoring warriors before us and those yet to come
Trial 1 : The Pugilist
There will be carnage , there will be blood .Only the strongest survive here . Contestants can only use striking styles
Styles allowed : Swing for the fences , punches in bunches , counter strike , way of hand and foot , sway and slay , run and gun , Neo footwork , 8pts of contact , chop down ,ring king , high kick kill shot , fast feet , arrogant assault
Trial 2 : The Luctator
Some say they are reminiscent of warring vipers in a pit , these tests of skill are not for the weak hearted. Contestants must use only submission styles
Styles permitted : pull guard , top game tapout , catch and shoot ,clean sweep , Luta livre ,ankle breaker , flying subs , power locks , clock and lock
Trial 3 : The Athelai
The iron curtains , the brick walls , These resilient warriors are known for matches reaching up to 30 minutes long . Contestants must use using strictly wrestling or throwing styles
Styles permitted : Push the pace , Slam it out , Wall and stall , dirty boxing , Sprawl and brawl , lay and pray , ippon , ground and pound
Trial 4 : The Pankration
The savagery displayed in Pankration bouts is sure to make one raise from their seat in applause .Prepare for a true display of elite competition. These contestants are free to use any style of their choosing
Tourney guidelines
Each coach can enter up to 4 fighters.Each fighter can only participate in 1 trial
All fighters must start 0-0 , recruiting will start
Reset : Jan 2994
The trials will start exactly 1 game year from starting recruit date
Jan 2995

The trials will take place in the following weight classes
The Pugilist - Bantamweight
Knockouts are the only way to win here.
For the preliminary and quarterfinal rounds , fighters will fight until there is 1 knockout
For the semi final , fighter will fight until 2 kos are achieved
For the final round , fighters will fight until they achieve 3 kos
The Luctator - Lightweight
Submission is king anything else is futile !
For the preliminary and quarterfinal rounds , fighters will fight until they win by submission
For the semi final , fighter will fight until they win by submission 2 times
For the final round , fighters will fight until they win by submission 3 times
The Athelai - Heavyweight
Live up to the Athelai name !Go the distance !
For the preliminary and quarterfinal rounds , fighters will fight until they achieve a decision victory
For the semi final , fighter will fight until they achieve 2 decision victories
For the final round , fighters will fight until they achieve 3 decision victories
The Pankration - Middleweight
Show them what a warrior is !
For the preliminary and quarterfinal rounds , fighters will fight until they win by decision
For the semi final , fighters will fight until they win by submission and knockout
For the final round , fighters will fight until they win by submission , decision , and knockout
!! ATTENTION !!
If any fighters end up in a stalemate after 3 fights in the quarter, semi , or finale. due to not meeting their trials stipulations .They will fight Sudden death .This will be a winner takes all bout regardless of the fight result !the winner of this fight , wins. Regardless if they were down in the series of fights

Winner of the pugilist bracket receives a random t4-t5 striking Sr
Winner of The Luctator gets random t4-t5 submission style sr
Winner of The Athelai gets an elite athlete or random t4-t5 wrestling , judo , or Greco Roman sr
Winner of The Pankration gets a Blue chip Prospect , prodigy , or random t5 sr
This is all about knowing your prospects strengths and building on them.The vets will look to prove they are better than their peers , The new faces will look to assert their dominance! This is a masterclass for understanding of style choice and efficient fighter building !
