No, I just think you have to fight at least one contract in each.

No it's just signing the minimum contract w/ the org. You move on to the next org if your popularity allows after your contract is over. You are competing to get to the top, so sticking around in orgs for titles is not the main objective. Glad you entered, and good luck.
