I wish I would've noticed this earlier. This is something I'd actually like to participate in. Guys who were recruited at the beginning of the time frame are going to have a MAJOR advantage, but I'll enter my next recruit if he's good enough to keep.

Do you have to start fighting right away or can you have your own pace as long as you go through the requisite levels?
When I was coming up w/ the rules I was thinking there'd be 2 different strategies. One that would recruit someone & spend the rest of the week training, and then people that would keep looking for new recruits.
You can move at your own pace, but I was hoping everyone would be around each other to generate longstanding rivalries.
