Round 1 Justin hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Eckart pressures his opponent into clinching. Bahr grinds his forearm into the face of Justin Stevenson while holding him into the cage. Justin Stevenson tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. Bahr has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. Eckart throws a solid knee to the jaw of Justin Stevenson. Eckart Bahr spikes Stevenson into the mat with a powerful slam takedown. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 "The Choir Boy" connects with a hard punch making "Ze Flying Arm" bring him in to a tight clinch. Stevenson works to "Ze Flying Arms" back while standing. Stevenson throws a couple of outside shots until Eckart is able to work his way back to the clinch. Justin Stevenson escapes the clinch and creates some distance. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Eckart connects with a jab cross combination. Eckart connects with a strong body shot combo. "Ze Flying Arm" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Justin Stevenson stands over Bahr, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Bahr cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 "Ze Flying Arm" plows through Justin Stevenson with a driving double leg takedown. "The Choir Boy" begins to posture on his side. "Ze Flying Arm" lands a couple of outside hooks and "The Choir Boy" returns to the guard. Justin Stevenson starts to create some distance with his legs, Eckart capitalizes by passing to side control. "Ze Flying Arm" attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Stevenson for his troubles. Eckart attempts an armbar, but Justin stops the attempt. Eckart uses the oppurtunity to take mount. "Ze Flying Arm" punishes "The Choir Boy" with a series of strikes from the mount. "The Choir Boy" pulls his leg out from under Eckart Bahr and gets back to half guard. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 "Ze Flying Arm" stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. "The Choir Boy" distracts "Ze Flying Arm" with some peppering shots. "The Choir Boy" then isolates a leg and falls back into a achilles lock. "Ze Flying Arm" is able to force his way out of it but gives up half guard in the ensuing scramble. "The Choir Boy" attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Eckart Bahr gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Eckart hits an upward elbow on Justin Stevenson, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Justin Stevenson takes side control. "The Choir Boy" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Justin drops some hammer fists on Bahr. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 The fighters circle each other. Eckart grabs for a clinch but Justin Stevenson grazes him with an uppercut. Eckart staggers back, then surprises Justin Stevenson with a powerful superman punch. Both fighters begin to exchange Eckart catches Stevenson with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Stevenson gather himself. Stevenson says he is ok and the fight continues. Stevenson gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Ze Flying Arm" executes a double hand slap to the ears of Stevenson. Eckart Bahr executes a double hand slap to the ears of Stevenson. The round comes to an end.
