Round 1 Ed connects with jab cross combination. Martel continually moves away from Ed Blake, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. Ed Blake pummels Martel with a series of rapid fire fists. Ed keeps Martel at a distance with some well timed jabs. Clive lands a double jab. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange "Sinister" catches Clive Martel with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Clive Martel gather himself. Clive Martel says he is ok and the fight continues. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Martel drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. "Sinister" sets a guillotine choke but Martel slips out at the last moment. Martel is now caught in guard. Ed attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "Sinister" keeps "Canadian Sedation" at a distance with some well timed jabs. Ed hits an uppercut to the head of Clive Martel followed by a hard hook. "Canadian Sedation" circles "Sinister", mixing jabs with body shots. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Clive Martel slips a cross from Blake and lands an uppercut to the liver. Martel eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "Sinister". Clive Martel counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Blake feints and follows up with a hard cross. Clive Martel stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Blake lands a devastating overhand right on "Canadian Sedation". A welt begins to form under Clives eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Ed. Blake tries to hyperextend the knee of Martel with a kick to the kneecap. Martel hops back to avoid it. Ed Blake attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Clive takes advantage of the moment taking side control. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Ed Blake connects with a hard punch making "Canadian Sedation" bring him in to a tight clinch. Martel places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Blake takes "Canadian Sedations" back standing. Clive isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Blake lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Clive to release. Clive Martel throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Ed. Clive lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Ed. Ed Blake is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Clive. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Ed traps Martel in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. Blake unleashes a flurry of punches on "Canadian Sedation". Ed Blake sprawls a takedown attempt from "Canadian Sedation". "Canadian Sedation" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. "Sinister" lands a devastating overhand right on "Canadian Sedation". "Sinister" connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Clive hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. Ed Blake attempts to press in on "Canadian Sedation" but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Clive is sent backwards from a series of punches from "Sinister". The bell signals the end of round 5.
