Round 1
"El Ladron" attempts to clinch, but "Caderno da Morte" connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Vico snaps back the head of "Caderno da Morte" with a stiff jab. Vico Padilla attempts to press in on "Caderno da Morte" but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. "El Ladron" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Padilla attempts a jab but is countered by a hard right leg kick to the knee and is instantly followed by an upward elbow strike that rocks him. Hector Gimenez circles Vico Padilla, landing jabs at will. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Hector Gimenez connects with a series of punches forcing "El Ladron" into a clinch. Vico Padilla lands a powerful knee to the face of Gimenez. "El Ladron" lands a knee to the chest of "Caderno da Morte", putting them both off balance and to the floor. "El Ladron" tries to pass guard but Hector stops him with a well timed punch. Hector Gimenez attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Hector takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Padilla works Hector Gimenez into the cage from the clinch. Padilla presses his head under "Caderno da Mortes" chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Gimenez connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Padilla is dazed on the mat. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hector attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Padilla. Hector takes Vico Padillas back standing. Vico isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Hector lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Vico to release. After dodging a jab-cross, Hector lands a kick to the liver of Vico Padilla who steps back and begins to take a knee. Hector rushes forward to capitalize but Vico Padilla stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. "El Ladron" throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Hector Gimenez. Hector Gimenez lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "El Ladron". The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Hector throws a push kick. "El Ladron" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into "Caderno da Mortes" nose. Gimenez connects with numerous jabs to the face of Vico Padilla. Vico ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Hector feints and follows up with a hard cross. Vico Padilla stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Padilla does a good job to circle away from Hector but becomes too predictable and Hector lands a switch kick to Vico Padillas ribs. Vico connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Vico Padilla connects with a hard jab as Hector Gimenez attempts a wide outside hook. Hector throws a hard jab but Padilla throws a cross right over the top rocking Hector. Vico tries to hyperextend the knee of Hector with a kick to the kneecap. Hector hops back to avoid it. Vico Padilla hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight.Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
Vico hits an uppercut to the head of Gimenez followed by a hard hook. "El Ladron" continually moves away from Hector Gimenez, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Hector Gimenez throws a crisp jab, but "El Ladron" slips it and moves in for the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Two short elbows from the clinch put Hector Gimenez off balance. "El Ladron" holds him up, landing two more quick elbows. Vico Padilla works "Caderno da Morte" into the cage from the clinch. Vico Padilla presses his head under Gimenezs chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Vico Padilla attempts a violent throw but "Caderno da Morte" holds back and quickly pounces on his back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
