Round 1 Newton sprawls a takedown attempt from Doug Walsh. Doug Walsh eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Doug parries "Summer Wind CCs" jab and connect with a cross. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Doug hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Wayne Newton hits an uppercut to the head of Doug Walsh followed by a hard hook. "Sham Wow Guy" takes down Wayne Newton, but remains standing over him. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Wayne connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Walsh. "Summer Wind CC" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "Sham Wow Guy" throws a hard jab but "Summer Wind CC" throws a cross right over the top rocking "Sham Wow Guy". Wayne Newton circles Walsh, landing jabs at will. A wild hook from Doug Walsh is ducked by Wayne who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. A looping right hook from Wayne sends Doug to the mat. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Doug Walsh to lose his balance and fall to the floor. "Summer Wind CC" attempts to drop a fist on Doug Walsh, but misses and lands in his guard. "Sham Wow Guy" connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Walsh is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Doug Walsh fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of "Summer Wind CC". "Sham Wow Guy" attempts to lock in an armbar from the guard. Wayne narrowly avoids it, but allows for "Sham Wow Guy" to take mount. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 "Sham Wow Guy" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Wayne Newton to the cage. Wayne Newton swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Doug frees a leg and moves into half guard. Walsh drops an elbow onto the forehead of Wayne. Walsh slips out of half guard and into side control. "Summer Wind CC" almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Wayne takes a few knees to the body while under "Sham Wow Guys" side control. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Wayne feints and follows up with a hard cross. Doug Walsh stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Walsh fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Summer Wind CC". Newton works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "Sham Wow Guy" works "Summer Wind CC" into the cage from the clinch. "Sham Wow Guy" presses his head under Newtons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "Sham Wow Guy" recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Doug ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Doug Walsh hits an uppercut to the head of Newton followed by a hard hook. Doug Walsh throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. "Summer Wind CC" is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off.Round 5 comes to a close.
