Round 1 Carlson hits an uppercut to the head of Agapito Molina followed by a hard hook. Agapito throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. Agapito works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Benjamin attempts a knee but is taken down by a basic trip. Agapito lands in half guard. Molina hits Carlson with some punches to the side of the head. Agapito Molina slips out of half guard and into side control. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Benjamin hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Molina. Molina throws a crisp jab, but Benjamin slips it and moves in for the clinch. Agapito works Carlson into the cage from the clinch. Agapito presses his head under Carlsons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Benjamin Carlson works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Agapito Molina places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Agapito Molina absorbs several body shots while being tied up. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 After dodging a jab, Agapito Molina lands a kick to the ribs of Benjamin who winces in pain. "King Kong" eats a strong cross as Agapito Molina moves into the clinch. Benjamin works Molina into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Benjamin presses his head into Molinas chest, forcing him to the ground. Agapito attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Agapito dodges a jab and clinches with "King Kong", delivering a knee as he does so. A wild hook from Agapito is ducked by Benjamin who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Round 3 is over.
