Round 1 The fighters circle each other. Dennis narrowly dodges a cross from Beau, but falls catching him in his guard. Dennis Price lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Beau eats a stiff punch to the face, and is then swithced, giving Price full mount. Martin shifts his head and hips to keep Dennis off balance and unable to land strikes. "Unbound" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Beau throws a cross that easily dodged by Dennis. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Beau, but Price is able to muscle through for a takedown. "Unbound" lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Martin works for a triangle but Price throws Martins straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Beau Martin tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Dennis Price slips out of half guard and into side control. Beau gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Unbound" is able to make it back to the standing position. Dennis Price stuffs a shot from Beau Martin and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Beau snaps back the head of Price with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. Dennis Price throws a cross that easily dodged by "Unbound". A series of unanswered punches from Dennis Price forces the ref to stop the action.
