Guys really? All his STrikefest gold won't even let him sniff top ranks. The good chunk of the ranks is EFC Gold. GLORY and the other orgs are used because it shows how coaches can coach up crappy guys to moderate success. Plus GLORY used to be the top org and always had tough competition.

Adding Strike to the mix won't affect anything. It will just add to Players motivation.

Not every fighter or coach can win EFC. But if you're a young coach winning a GLORY belt was like winning an EFC belt. Its a TOP Org with tough players. Older coaches know that its not easy winning those belts either.

Limiting yourself to only EFC belts. Takes out the fun factor for a lot of people. Because part of the reason some of these lower orgs below EFC have tough comp, its because people want to be part of this Dynasty list.

The top guys won't be affected much because their main goals are always EFC. But the road to EFC success will take a big hit. It won't be as rewarding going through the path to the top.
