Under closer inspection the penalties per hour are for roster submission...I think if you go back and read it you will see that

After looking through comments I will clarify a few things (hopefully lol)


A) if you submit a guy who is active and he retires before he can fight it is viewed as a loss...there are no alternates

B) if you submit a guy who is already retired it is counted as a loss / forfeit...keep in mind that total wins and losses is also important...the points awarded will be 1.5

C) if you submit a guy who ends up being unable to sign to the proper org that will be viewed as a forfeit...I have no doubt that you can figure out a way within your alliance to gain pop quickly

D) if you submit a guy, take and win a fight that isn't part of the event and then pop out of the org that you were submitted for it is a forfeit...this, like most alliance events is about we and not me (or at least that is how I feel it should be)...sit your guy for a reset to help your alliance
