Welcome to Raging Cockfight, the multi-part Alliance event ran by The Nice Guys. The first part will consist of the 5 Alliances participating in a Round Robin format to determine spots for Part 2.
No SRs will be allowed!Part two will consist of a head to head competition between 1st and 2nd place in the Round Robin stage for the Event Winner. And a contest between 3rd and 4th for Bronze. Whoever accumulates the most points over 2 rounds of competition against each other wins. (subject to change if tiebreakers are required)
Schedule and Scores will be posted in the next PostRulesEFC fights, fighter can be used as often as you'd like. A fighter can only be substituted in between rounds. You must submit a roster each round even if the roster remains the same.
7 fighters per round, no more than 2 fighters from 1 coach in a round.
Fighters listed 1-7 and fight against opposing number. First round rosters will be sent to BiZ and Chief by 9:00 AM EST Saturday, May 26th. TNG Opponents will only send to Chief. Fights must take place before retirements the following morning, so there are basically 2 resets for everybody to get their fights in. With this timeframe, retirements will not come into play as the fights will be completed by the time retirements run.
2 reset (1 day) break between each round. Rosters due Saturday @ 9am EST, Monday @ 9am EST, Wednesday @ 9am EST, etc.
*For every hour you're late with your roster you forfeit 1 fight that will be chosen by the opposing alliance, they will not see your lineup but they'll know which of their fighters they'd award the DQ win.*
Scoring/Strategic part of the EventAll fights will be in the Middleweight division. Points will be awarded each round based on a fighters weight, REGARDLESS OF THE WEIGHT OF THEIR OPPONENT.
Fighters 200-185 = 1 point
Fighters 184-170 = 3 points
Fighters 169-155 = 5 points
Fighters 154-140 = 7 points
Fighters <140 = 9 points
Disqualification = 10 points (All DQ's will be ran by Chief and he will make final call, I recommend screen shotting your sent challenge so no argument can be made if they don't get on before end of round).
Addendum to Rules: In the event of a double dq (both teams fail to field a fighter) no points will be awarded, and may god have mercy on your souls.
Remember to turn in your rosters like so...
1. FIGHTER A
2. FIGHTER B.
3. FIGHTER C. etc.. etc...
as this will be the order that determines your opponent. Teams that are turning in their rosters, it might be a good idea to list one or two extra guys and label them as
REPLACEMENT 1. FIGHTER D
REPLACEMENT 2. FIGHTER E
In case of retirements, they will be slotted into the retired fighters place.
