I don't guess that I imagined it taking as long as it has to be honest
We had one trial in the first round that got pushed back a day but then the last two were completed quickly (as this event goes)
My initial plan was to allow the evening and am reset only to complete fights and that would have saved some time but really only about a week and a half
I am happy that there have been no complaints about the format and hope to tweak the event after its completion for future consideration as I do think it has been a good exercise in inter and Intra alliance communication ...perhaps it has added an element of strategy and teamwork within alliances that will help them to hone their roster building skills for future events
I do apologize for the length...even though I laid out how long each trial would last in the op and that with double elimination it would be impossible to predict how many rounds the event would last
I appreciate the efforts of all alliances who put their best effort into the event at this point and I suspect that once SFL or DBA advances, the winner and TLCS will be more concerned about winning as opposed to how long it took
And I also appreciate chief for letting it be a part of the alliance competition for 2015
