Round 1 Wellen stuffs a shot from Silveira and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Wellen drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Buck Wellen takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Erasmos guard. It doesn't pay off as Erasmo makes his way to standing. Wellen hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Erasmo Silveira hits an uppercut to the head of Buck Wellen followed by a hard hook. Buck is hit with a jab but is able to slip a cross and grab a arm-triangle in standing. Buck trips Erasmo Silveira to the floor, landing in side control. Buck drops some hammer fists on Erasmo Silveira. Wellen lands a few stiff elbows from side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Silveira lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Buck. Silveira then switch kicks Buck on the opposing rib. Silveira connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Buck Wellen who falls to the ground. Silveira waves him back to his feet. Wellen is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Silveira explodes forward with a push kick that puts Wellen on the canvas. Silveira lays into Wellens thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Wellen does so. Wellen is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Erasmo Silveira prepares to pounce, but Wellen gets his bearings just in time. A solid kick bruises the leg of Wellen. Erasmo kicks at the legs of Buck and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Buck to stand. Erasmo Silveira misses with an axe kick that has Buck Wellen back up. Silveira hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Buck. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Erasmo connects with numerous jabs to the face of Wellen. Buck catches a leg kick from Erasmo Silveira, and puts him on the mat. Buck attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Silveira slips out of it at the last moment. Erasmo Silveira gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Erasmo holds the head of Wellen close to avoid shots. Wellen slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Buck Wellen tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Buck attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Erasmo gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Round 3 is finished.
