Round 1
Thompson executes a single leg giving him the back of Smith. Sidney slides off to the side of Smith and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, Sidney switches back to full back control. Adam starts to wiggle out of back control, Sidney lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A shot from Sidney Thompson is countered by a guillotine from Smith. Sidney Thompson follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. "Luck of the Irish" slides his knee across the body of "95 Pebbles" and takes full mount. "Luck of the Irish" secures his position. "95 Pebbles" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Thompson sends Adam to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Adam Smith shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Smith backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Thompson executes a single leg giving him the back of Adam Smith. Round 3
The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Smith connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Sidney Thompson is dazed on the mat. Adam Smith lays into Thompsons thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "Luck of the Irish" does so. Thompson lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. "Luck of the Irish" attempts a striking combination, but Adam forces the clinch. Adam Smith places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Adam Smith stomps the feet of Sidney. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
