Round 1 Cassidy fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Rim. Cassidy Bernier throws a short elbow at Seo. Seo Rim attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Cassidy pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Seo is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Cassidy Bernier stands over Seo, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Seo is able to grab an arm and pull Cassidy Bernier into his guard. Cassidy takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Rims guard. It doesn't pay off as Seo makes his way to standing. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Rim, but "White Walker" is able to muscle through for a takedown. Cassidy Bernier rains down hammer fists. Rim attempts a triangle but is set to high and Cassidy is able to chuck him and take side control. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Seo Rim connects with a series of punches forcing "White Walker" into a clinch. Seo Rim gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Rim takes the back of Cassidy who works for a kimura. Rim pulls his arm out of the hold and push Cassidy away. Rim connects with numerous jabs to the face of Bernier. The fighters circle each other. Cassidy Bernier hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Seo Rim takes down Cassidy, but remains standing over him. Rim lays into "White Walkers" thighs with some well timed kicks while Bernier is grounded. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cassidy Bernier places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Cassidy drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Rim sets a guillotine choke but Cassidy slips out at the last moment. Cassidy is now caught in guard. Rim goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Cassidy slips out at the last second. Seo Rim locks a triangle but Cassidy Bernier defends well. Seo Rim continues the attempt but finally decides to let go. Cassidys face is red from the choke and sits low in the guard to catch his breath. Rim attempts a kimura from the bottom. Bernier blocks the attempt and smothers Rim who transitions to an armbar attempt. Bernier is able to defend this as well and works back into guard. Rim moves to half guard then is able to grab a butterfly guard, eventually working to standing. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
