Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Martin lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. While tied up, Martin is met with a hard uppercut. Bert is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. "BJJ Playa" explodes with a flurry of punches. Bert is then thrown to the floor. Cory attempts to drop a fist on Martin, but misses and lands in his guard. "BJJ Playa" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Berts guard. It doesn't pay off as Martin makes his way to standing. Bert Martin narrowly dodges a cross from "BJJ Playa", but falls catching him in his guard. Martin attempts an armbar. Jackson time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Bert Martins guard. Jackson rains down hammer fists. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Cory Jackson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Martin. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Jackson escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "BJJ Playa" connects with a strong right hook. Cory Jackson connects with a strong right hook. "BJJ Playa" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Bert Martin and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Bert is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Cory lays into Bert Martins thighs with some well timed kicks while Martin is grounded. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Bert presses forward and grazes Jackson with a combo. Jackson wants none of the stand up and clinches with Bert to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Cory drops a huge strike to Berts chin, landing into his guard. "BJJ Playa" dodges a few strikes from Bert Martin and lands an overhand and a elbow. "BJJ Playa" passes through Martins guard into mount. Cory secures his position. Martin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Cory Jackson lands a series of heavy punches forcing Bert to roll to his back, giving Cory Jackson mount. Cory splits Berts nose open with a well timed punch. Round 3 is finished.
