Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. While tied up, Yuudai Terauchi is met with a hard uppercut. Terauchi connects with a hard jab as Palmer attempts a wide outside hook. Terauchi throws a push kick. "Road Warrior" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Yuudais nose. The fighters circle each other. "Road Warrior" attempts a takedown, but Terauchi clumsily falls down without much provocation. Devin Palmer stands over Yuudai Terauchi, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Yuudai Terauchi is able to grab an arm and pull Devin Palmer into his guard. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Devin Palmer throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "War Boy". Terauchi throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Palmer is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "War Boy" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Devin Palmer. "War Boy" lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of "Road Warrior". Yuudai Terauchi is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from "Road Warrior". Palmer throws a hard jab but Yuudai throws a cross right over the top rocking Palmer. "War Boy" circles Devin Palmer, mixing jabs and leg kicks. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Yuudai Terauchi buckles "Road Warrior" with a kick. Yuudai Terauchi rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. "Road Warrior" is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Devin Palmer pulls out of the guard of Yuudai Terauchi, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Yuudai Terauchi. Yuudai Terauchi attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Devin ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Yuudai Terauchi to the mat, and his back. Yuudai carefully protects himself from Devin Palmers strikes. Devin begins to look for a rear naked choke, but "War Boy" rolls to being mounted instead. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 4
Devin Palmer connects with jab cross combination. Yuudai connects with a strong body shot combo. Devin Palmer connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "War Boy" throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from "Road Warrior" puts "War Boy" on the mat giving his back up. Palmer executes a double hand slap to the ears of "War Boy". Devin Palmer is working a furious pace on Yuudai, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. The round comes to an end.

Round 5
Devin Palmer does a good job to circle away from Terauchi but becomes too predictable and Terauchi lands a switch kick to Devins ribs. "War Boy" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Yuudai carefully protects himself from Devins strikes. Yuudai Terauchi starts to wiggle out of back control, "Road Warrior" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Palmer connects with a jab cross combination. Terauchi hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Palmer. "War Boy" shuffles away from Devin Palmers strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. "Road Warrior" backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. The round comes to an end.
