Round 1 Belanger fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Loic. "Champ" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Kid Belanger dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with "Em with Fat" standing over him. Loic attempts to drop a fist on "Champ", but misses and lands in his guard. Thys tries to move to half guard but Kid Belanger uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Kid Belanger lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Kid Belanger dodges some ground strikes from "Em with Fat", and sends a few back of his own. Loic attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Kid takes the chance to switch Loic over to mount him. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Thys presses forward and grazes Kid Belanger with a combo. Kid Belanger wants none of the stand up and clinches with Thys to then savagely throw him down to the ground. "Champ" drops a huge strike to Loic Thyss chin, landing into his guard. Loic attempts to create some space from his guard, but "Champ" sees the opening and passes to full mount. "Em with Fat" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Kid Belanger tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Round 3 Kid connects with a right that puts Loic off balance tumbling to the mat, as Kid towers over him. "Champ" attempts to drop a fist on Loic Thys, but misses and lands in his guard. Kid Belanger takes advantage of a mental laps from Loic Thys and moves into full mount. Loic Thys gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Champ" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Loic Thys tripods up, causing Belanger to fall forward. As Belanger tries to scramble up Loic Thys lands a lunging hook, putting Belanger on the ground stunned. Loic Thys takes Kid Belangers guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Loic Thys works to Kid Belangers back while standing. Loic Thys throws a couple of outside shots until "Champ" is able to work his way back to the clinch. Belanger takes "Em with Fats" back standing. "Em with Fat" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Belanger lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "Em with Fat" to release. Kid takes down Loic, but remains standing over him. "Champ" drops a huge strike to Loics chin, landing into his guard. Kid Belanger sits up in Loics open guard and spins to an leg lock. Loic is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Thys narrowly dodges a cross from "Champ", but falls catching him in his guard. Thys is pummeled by some well timed bombs from "Champ". Loic Thys attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Belanger connects with a hard right hand putting "Em with Fat" on the mat. Belanger goes down with him into side control. "Champ" slides his knee across the body of Thys and takes full mount. Kid Belanger secures his position. "Em with Fat" gets pummeled by the fists of Kid. "Em with Fat" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Loic carefully protects himself from Kids strikes. Loic rolls through, putting Kid Belanger into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
