Round 1
A welt begins to form under Todd Elliotts eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Jermain. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Todd escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Elliott narrowly dodges a cross from Jermain Townsend, but falls catching him in his guard. "The Natural " backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. "The Natural " takes a few knees to the body while under Jermain Townsends side control. A series of strong hammerfists forces Elliott to try and roll toward Jermain Townsend. Round 2
The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Jermain snaps back the head of Elliott with a stiff jab. Townsend ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "The Natural " to the mat, and his back. Townsend lays into "The Natural " with some strong shots forcing "The Natural " to give up mount position. Jermain secures his position. Todd fights his leg through and gets back to half guard. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. Jermain keeps Todd at a distance with some well timed jabs. Todd hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Townsend hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Todd connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Both fighters begin to exchange Todd Elliott catches Jermain with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Jermain gather himself. Jermain says he is ok and the fight continues. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Round 4
Townsend hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Elliott. Elliott narrowly dodges a cross from Jermain, but falls catching him in his guard. Todd gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Todd attempt to sit up and push into his opponent but "DaDa 2500" has a strong underhook and pushes back. Todd uses the momentum to sweep "DaDa 2500" into side control. "DaDa 2500" sweeps over Todd and quickly obtains mount position. Townsend is pulled in tight, and then switched over on his back. "The Natural " is now caught in Jermain Townsends guard. Todd pushes down Jermains leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Todd Elliott is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Townsend bucks off Elliott and both fighters get to their feet. Todd Elliott clinches with Jermain and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Jermain for a trip takedown, landing Todd Elliott is half guard. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
Todd fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Townsend. Todd Elliott works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Townsend drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Elliott sets a guillotine choke but Townsend slips out at the last moment. Townsend is now caught in guard. "The Natural " starts to lock a triangle. Jermain Townsend postures up and starts to stand up. "The Natural " lands a stiff upkick, slumping Jermain Townsend back into his guard. Todd attempts an armbar from the bottom, but "DaDa 2500" slips out at the last moment. Todd starts to lock a triangle. Jermain postures up and starts to stand up. Todd lands a stiff upkick, slumping Jermain back into his guard. Elliott sinks a deep kimura, but Jermain Townsend slides out. This gives Elliott the chance to switch to half guard. Round 5 comes to a close.
