Round 1
"Mystic Mac" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Wellen fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. MacAteer quickly takes his back. MacAteer peppers shot to the head of Wellen looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Wellen is hand playing well. Wellen slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Bruce Wellen connects with jab cross combination. Bruce Wellen slips a cross from MacAteer and lands jab cross to the body. A low kick is shin checked by Bruce who retaliates with a superman punch that floors Dylan. Bruce moves back until the ref stands Dylan up. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Dylan narrowly dodges a cross from Wellen, but falls catching him in his guard. "Mystic Mac" begins to posture on his side. Bruce lands a couple of outside hooks and "Mystic Mac" returns to the guard. Wellen keeps his head down in guard to gather energy. Dylan uses the strength of his legs to sweep him over to his back. Dylan now has full mount. MacAteer splits Wellens nose open with a well timed punch. Bruce gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Dylan MacAteer connects with numerous jabs to the face of Bruce. Dylan works Bruce Wellen into the cage, swimming for double underhooks. Dylan presses his head into Wellens chest, forcing him to the ground. Bruce Wellen attempts an armbar. "Mystic Mac" time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Wellens guard. Dylan pushes down Bruce Wellens leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. "Mystic Mac" wraps the arm of Wellen behind his back and traps it. "Mystic Mac" pounds away with shots to the face. Dylan slams his knee into Bruce Wellens ribs. Bruce Wellen is able to work a leg through from the bottom to attain full guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Wellen fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. MacAteer quickly takes his back. Wellen carefully protects himself from Dylans strikes. Bruce is able to make it back to the standing position. Bruce throws a cross that easily dodged by Dylan. Wellen throws a push kick. "Mystic Mac" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Wellens nose. MacAteer looks to press the action with a flurry of punches but Bruce lands a strong lead-leg kick and circles away. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
"Mystic Mac" connects with a hard punch making Bruce bring him in to a tight clinch. MacAteer works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. MacAteer escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Dylan MacAteer snaps back the head of Bruce Wellen with a stiff jab. Dylan MacAteer hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Bruce Wellen. Dylan catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Bruce Wellen. "Mystic Mac" drops a huge strike to Bruce Wellens chin, landing into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 5.
