Round 1
Giordano connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Hans. Hans Moody narrowly dodges a cross from Antonio, but falls catching him in his guard. Antonio attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Hans slips out of it at the last moment. Hans works for a triangle but Giordano throws Moodys straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Antonio Giordano tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Giordano presses his foot onto the thigh of Hans Moody to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Moody gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Hans slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
"Sideburns of Doom" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Antonio Giordano drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Moody sets a guillotine choke but Antonio Giordano slips out at the last moment. Antonio Giordano is now caught in guard. "Sideburns of Doom" backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Giordano narrowly dodges a cross from Hans, but falls catching him in his guard. Antonio Giordano connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Giordano lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Hans attempts a combination of strikes but Antonio Giordano catches a punch and moves for an armbar. Hans defends but Antonio Giordano sets a short armbar. Hans is forced to tap.
