Round 4 Alberdink is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from "Unbreakable". After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Unbreakable" works Hendrik into the cage from the clinch. "Unbreakable" presses his head under Hendriks chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "Unbreakable" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Jorge Rego takes the back of "Twinkle Dink" who works for a kimura. Jorge Rego pulls his arm out of the hold and push "Twinkle Dink" away. Hendrik hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. A wild hook from Hendrik is ducked by Rego who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Rego lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Hendrik. "Twinkle Dink" throws a hard jab but Jorge Rego throws a cross right over the top that knocks out "Twinkle Dink".
