Round 1
Simmons hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Simmons keeps Townsend at a distance with some well timed jabs. Lou winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Jermain Townsend throws a hard jab but Lou throws a cross right over the top rocking Jermain Townsend. "DaDa 2500" weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Lou Simmons catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Townsend. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Simmons connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of "DaDa 2500". Townsend connects with a hard punch making Lou Simmons bring him in to a tight clinch. Lou connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Townsend is dazed on the mat. Simmons lays into Townsends thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Townsend does so. Jermain attempts to press in on Lou but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Simmons connects with a series of punches forcing "DaDa 2500" into a clinch. Lou lands a powerful knee to the face of Jermain. Lou Simmons grabs the plum and pulls Jermains face into a powerful knee. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Jermain connects with numerous jabs to the face of Simmons. "DaDa 2500" is struck by some looping punches and kicks and goes for the clinch to shorten the distance. Lou Simmons welcomes the clinch landing a lead knee and a powerful elbow. Then pushes "DaDa 2500" back to striking distance. Jermain Townsend connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Lou Simmons lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs.Round 3 comes to a close.

Round 4
Jermain Townsend narrowly dodges a cross from Lou, but falls catching him in his guard. Jermain fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Lou Simmons. While in the guard, Lou drops a long punch. Jermain throws the leg over and rolls it over into an armbar. Lou has no choice but to submit.
