Round 1 A sloppy scooping ankle block is pulled of by Worawoot. Ahamad Powell is able to pull him into his guard. Powell lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Bank Worawoot takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Ahamad Powells guard. It doesn't pay off as "Johnson" makes his way to standing. Worawoot connects with a strong body shot combo. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Bank wraps around Powells waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Ahamad Powell almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Powell gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Bank Worawoot connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Ahamad Powell eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Worawoot. After dodging a jab-cross, Ahamad lands a kick to the liver of Bank Worawoot who steps back and begins to take a knee. Ahamad rushes forward to capitalize but Bank Worawoot stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Worawoot attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Powell takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Bank connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Powell connects with a strong body shot combo. Bank Worawoot throws a hard jab but Ahamad Powell throws a cross right over the top rocking Bank Worawoot. Bank Worawoot works Powell into the cage, swimming for double underhooks. Bank Worawoot presses his head into Ahamad Powells chest, forcing him to the ground. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 A lazy leg kick from Powell is caught by Bank who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Powell. Worawoot attempts to drop a fist on "Johnson", but misses and lands in his guard. Ahamad Powell is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Bank. Powell attempts to create some space from his guard, but Worawoot sees the opening and passes to full mount. Ahamad lands a good elbow as Bank lowers his torso. Ahamad gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Worawoot begins to look for a rear naked choke, but "Johnson" rolls to being mounted instead. Bank jumps out of mount and back to dominant side control. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Worawoot is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Worawoot can continue. Bank fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Johnson". Ahamad works to Worawoots back while standing. Ahamad throws a couple of outside shots until Worawoot is able to work his way back to the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from "Johnson" is defended well by Bank Worawoot. "Johnson" grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. "Johnson" returns to the clinch. Ahamad Powell takes Bank Worawoots back standing. Bank Worawoot isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ahamad Powell lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Bank Worawoot to release. Ahamad connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Bank Worawoot weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. Ahamad lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
