Round 2 Phil catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Azevedo. Lynch stands over Reynaldo Azevedo, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Reynaldo Azevedo is able to grab an arm and pull Lynch into his guard. Reynaldo is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Lynch distracts "Estuprador" with peppering shots. Lynch then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. "Estuprador" is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Lynch punishes Azevedo with a series of strikes from the mount. Azevedo gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 3 Phil moves in to press the action, but Reynaldo Azevedo lands a heavy back kick. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Lynch drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Reynaldo sets a guillotine choke but Lynch slips out at the last moment. Lynch is now caught in guard. Phil sits up in Reynaldo Azevedos open guard and spins to an leg lock. Azevedo is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Phil shakes his head and Azevedo responds with a mocking wobble of his own. Lynch parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Reynaldo strikes with a straight front kick. Phil is showing signs of frustration as Reynaldo Azevedo moves around the ring like he owns it punishing him with strikes. Azevedo is pressed into the cage by Phil. He is able to switch Phil into the cage and land a couple of looping hooks before backing away. "Estuprador" throws a kick to the midsection of Phil Lynch. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Phil Lynch is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Reynaldo Azevedo. A low kick is shin checked by Azevedo who retaliates with a superman punch that floors Phil Lynch. Azevedo moves back until the ref stands Phil Lynch up. Phil is struck by a ball kick from "Estuprador" that causes him to stumble backwards.
