Round 1 Stevenson shoots a takedown from a distance putting Long on the ground. "The Choir Boy" distracts Bull with peppering shots. "The Choir Boy" then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Bull is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Bull gets pummeled by the fists of Justin. Bull gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "Stampede" starts to wiggle out of back control, Justin lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Bull narrowly dodges a cross from "The Choir Boy", but falls catching him in his guard. Justin drops a few strong punches, opening up Bulls guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Justin telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but "Stampede" gives up his back to stop the attempt. "The Choir Boy" works his arm around the neck of Bull attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Bull hand fights well. "Stampede" is able to make it back to the standing position. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "The Choir Boy" tries to hyperextend the knee of Long with a kick to the kneecap. Long hops back to avoid it. Justin Stevenson narrowly dodges a cross from Bull Long, but falls catching him in his guard. Stevenson begins to posture on his side. Bull lands a couple of outside hooks and Stevenson returns to the guard. "The Choir Boy" sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Justin maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. "The Choir Boy" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Bull Long gives up his back to stop the attempt. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Justin Stevenson throws a cross that easily dodged by Long. Long stuffs a shot from Justin Stevenson and hits him with an outside body shot. Justin Stevenson gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Bull Long pulls out of the guard of Stevenson, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Stevenson. "Stampede" pushes down Justin Stevensons leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. "Stampede" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Justin Stevenson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Choir Boy" is able to make it back to the standing position. Justin throws a hard jab but Long throws a cross right over the top rocking Justin. Bull Long stuffs a shot from Justin Stevenson and lands several shots to his body. Justin Stevenson attempts to pull guard but Bull Long makes it to side mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Bull Long attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Justin Stevenson takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Justin slides his knee across the body of Bull Long and takes full mount. Bull attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Bull gets pummeled by the fists of Stevenson. Bull gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "Stampede" carefully protects himself from Stevensons strikes. With both hooks in and Long face down Justin Stevenson peppers him with short shots to the head. Long turns to defend while kicking a leg out to get to half guard. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 Bull circles Justin Stevenson, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Justin Stevenson lands a double jab. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. "Stampede" connects with a hard jab as Stevenson attempts a wide outside hook. Justin dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Bull stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. The bell signals the end of round 5.
