Round 1 A welt begins to form under Damians eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Green. Colt winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Hubbard connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Hubbard connects with a jab cross combination. Damian Hubbard is staggered by a jab to the chin. Damian wraps around Colts waist, and drags him to his back, taking side controlRound 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Damian Hubbard is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Colt. Colt now has side control. Green slides his knee across the body of Damian Hubbard and takes full mount. Green punishes Damian with a series of strikes from the mount. Hubbard gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Green works his arm around the neck of Damian Hubbard attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Damian Hubbard hand fights well. Green tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Hubbard is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Colt Green stands over Hubbard, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Hubbard is able to grab an arm and pull Colt Green into his guard. While in his opponents guard Colt Green powers himself and Damian Hubbard up in the air and slams him down to the canvas. Colt Green drops a few strong punches, opening up Damian Hubbards guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Colt maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Damian Hubbard gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Colt begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Damian rolls to being mounted instead. Damian Hubbard bucks Green off and sweeps him over getting into his half guard. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Colt Green connects with a series of punches forcing Hubbard into a clinch. Damian receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Colt Green. Damian Hubbard attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Colt Green pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Colt tries to hyperextend the knee of Damian Hubbard with a kick to the kneecap. Damian Hubbard hops back to avoid it. Green connects with numerous jabs to the face of Damian Hubbard. Green circles Hubbard, mixing jabs with body shots. Green takes down Damian Hubbard, but remains standing over him. Green lays into Damians thighs with some well timed kicks while Damian is grounded. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Colt Green connects with numerous jabs to the face of Damian. Hubbard throws a few jabs at Green that miss the mark. Green attempts a lazy shot, which Hubbard sprawls, eventually taking Green back. Colt tries to explode out the backdoor but Damian sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Colt falls flat to protect himself. Hubbard tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. The bell signals the end of round 5.
