Round 1

Mitchell staggers back, then surprises Lynch with a powerful superman punch. Mitchell throws a few jabs at Phil that miss the mark. Phil is dizzied on his feet from a furious punching sequence from Kerry. Phil throws a cross that easily dodged by Kerry Mitchell. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Lynch stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. "Man of War" lands a hook to the body. Phil connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Phil Lynch hits an uppercut to the head of Kerry followed by a hard hook. Lynch fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Kerry Mitchell. A stiff elbow looks to have Phil Lynch dazed. "Man of War" works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Kerry takes the back of Phil who works for a kimura. Kerry pulls his arm out of the hold and push Phil away. Phil eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Mitchell. Lynch is sent backwards from a series of punches from Kerry Mitchell. Phil Lynch hits an uppercut to the head of Mitchell followed by a hard hook. Round 3
"Man of War" throws a push kick. Lynch shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Kerry Mitchells nose. Kerry hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters begin to exchange Phil Lynch catches "Man of War" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "Man of War" gather himself. "Man of War" says he is ok and the fight continues. "Man of War" throws a hard jab but Phil throws a cross right over the top rocking "Man of War". Phil tries to hyperextend the knee of Mitchell with a kick to the kneecap. Mitchell hops back to avoid it. Phil Lynch grabs a single leg and pushes Mitchell to the fence. Both fighters are jockeying for positional control. Phil Lynch switches to a double leg but Mitchell does a good job of keeping his base. Round 3 is over.

Round 4
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Kerry Mitchell lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Mitchell takes Phils back standing. Phil isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Mitchell lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Phil to release. Kerry Mitchell winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Mitchell throws a few jabs at Phil that miss the mark. Kerry Mitchell circles Lynch, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. Kerry Mitchell is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Phil. Phil now has side control.Round 4 comes to a close.

Mitchell snaps back the head of Phil with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Lynch drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Kerry sets a guillotine choke but Lynch slips out at the last moment. Lynch is now caught in guard. Kerry backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Lynch hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Kerry Mitchell circles Phil, landing jabs at will. Phil grabs a single leg and pushes Mitchell to the fence. Both fighters are jockeying for positional control. Phil switches to a double leg lifting Mitchell in the air and slams him down violently on his head. Mitchell immediately puts Phil in his guard.Round 5 comes to a close.
