Round 1 Carter connects with a series of punches forcing Yaremka into a clinch. Yaremka is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Yaremka Antonov takes the back of Gabe who works for a kimura. Yaremka Antonov pulls his arm out of the hold and push Gabe away. "Late Bloomer" is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Yaremka prepares to pounce, but "Late Bloomer" gets his bearings just in time. Antonov drops a huge strike to Gabe Carters chin, landing into his guard. Yaremka Antonov stands up with Gabe Carter still holding guard. As Gabe Carter releases his guard Yaremka Antonov spins to a kneebar but it is too shallow. Yaremka Antonov takes couple of shots to the head. The fighters scramble to standing position. Antonov sends Gabe Carter to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. "Late Bloomer" attempts a kimura from the bottom. Yaremka blocks the attempt and smothers "Late Bloomer" to force him to let go of Antonovs arm. Yaremka begins to stand up with "Late Bloomer" still holding guard. As "Late Bloomer" opens his guard Yaremka spins to a kneebar. "Late Bloomer" tries to punch at Yaremka who has now sunk the hold. "Late Bloomer" screams out and taps feverishly.
